Taipei's first public experimental elementary school.
Bojia Elementary School was founded in 1973, set in a mountainous, low-density part of Wenshan District near the far end of Muzha Road. It is one of Taipei's designated "forest schools / pastoral schools" (森林小學、田園小學).
In August 2017, Bojia became Taipei's first public elementary school to transform into a full experimental school, under the theme "Aesthetic Creation" (美創博嘉), blending foundational literacy with a featured aesthetics curriculum. The school remains small in scale, with about 12 elementary classes plus 3 kindergarten classes and roughly 350 students total.

In the tea-growing hills toward Maokong.
Bojia's mountain setting near the far end of Muzha Road places it in the same hilly, tea-growing terrain that leads toward Maokong, and its "forest school" designation reflects Wenshan's rural, forested southern fringe.
