Bade Junior High School

Bade Junior High traces back to 1961, when it began as a branch campus of Daxi Junior High. It became an independent school in 1963 as Taoyuan County Bade Junior Middle School, and was renamed Taoyuan Municipal Bade Junior High School in 2014 after Taoyuan's upgrade to a special municipality. Under the motto “healthy growth, happy learning, adaptive development” (健康成長、快樂學習、適性發展), the school today fields competitive teams in fencing, track and field, and tug-of-war, and its students have won recognition in national student fine-arts competitions spanning western painting, graphic design, calligraphy, printmaking, and comics.

八德國中的歷史可追溯至1961年，最初為大溪初中的分部，於1963年獨立設校，定名為桃園縣立八德初級中學，2014年隨桃園升格直轄市改名為桃園市立八德國民中學。學校秉持「健康成長、快樂學習、適性發展」的校訓，現今在擊劍、田徑、拔河等項目皆有優異表現，學生也曾在全國學生美展的西畫、平面設計、書法、版畫、漫畫等組別獲獎。
