Anshuo Elementary School

Anshuo Elementary serves one of Taitung's southernmost and most remote communities, in Daren Township. Over 90% of its students are Indigenous, mainly Paiwan, and the school operates a branch campus, Xinhua Branch School, to reach families further from the main site. Anshuo Village lies near the Alangyi Ancient Trail, a stretch of coastal path that remains one of Taiwan's last undeveloped coastlines — no coastal highway has ever been built through it, leaving the area remarkably wild for a heavily built-up island.

安朔國小服務臺東最南端、最偏遠的社區之一，位於達仁鄉。全校逾九成學生為原住民，以排灣族為主，並設有新化分校，服務更偏遠地區的家庭。安朔村鄰近「阿朗壹古道」，這段海岸步道是台灣僅存的原始海岸線之一——從未興建濱海公路，在這座高度開發的島嶼上顯得格外珍貴。
