Anhe Elementary School

Anhe Elementary is an officially designated remote/rural school in Xingang Township that has built its identity around a signature local-heritage unit called "家鄉100問──新港鄉" (100 Questions About My Hometown — Xingang Township), teaching students the history and geography of the community they live in. Beyond the classroom, the school offers swimming instruction and competitions, woodworking and maker-education camps, and skateboarding camps, and it runs a community reading station shared with local residents. Students have recently won awards in digital photography, gender-equality photography, reading, and mother-tongue arts competitions.

安和國小是嘉義縣政府列為偏遠地區的學校，以自製的「家鄉100問──新港鄉」課程為特色，帶領學生認識自己生長社區的歷史與地理。除了課堂學習，學校也提供游泳教學與競賽、木工與自造教育營隊、滑板營隊，並設有對外開放的社區共讀站。近年學生在數位攝影、性別平等攝影、閱讀及母語藝術競賽中屢獲獎項。
